Let's Diversify Leadership, Together!

Help me help diverse and first-generation college students aiming to attend postgraduate school!

Hi all,

I wanted to do something good and make the world a better place. When I found out that according to the Council of Graduate Schools, Black students still represent less than 6 percent of incoming master's and doctoral students at competitive universities, and thus for Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) and low-income students, the journey to accessing postgraduate education remains far out of reach, I knew I had to help.

That's why I created a fundraiser to support Leadership Brainery. Their campaign to increase the pipeline of prepared diverse postgraduate candidates through transformative vs. transactional leadership development, graduate school test preparation, admissions and financial aid coaching, and career mentoring will generate more inclusive perspectives in our country's workforce leadership -- leading to more equitable systemic change and investment back into BIPOC and low-income communities.—and you can be a part of it.
